Thursday 60 Minute Yin Yoga.

Slow paced style, incorporating principles of Traditional Chinese Medicine targeting the connective tissue of the body and joints. Poses are passive with little engagement of muscles. Yin provides balance to our busy yang lives, offers a deeper and more subtle experience in the body, and if you pay attention you will feel the release of stressed connective tissue.
