Yin provides balance to our busy yang lives, offers a deeper and more subtle experience in the body, and if you pay attention you will feel the release of stressed connective tissue.

Tuesday 9am yoga class is subsidised by Moreton Bay Council. This class is a gentle movement based class suitable for all. This class is generally Hatha Yoga style with a few Yin postures mixed in. This class is suitable for all levels.

A day to be like a tree - get grounded, let the dead leaves fall and keep growing. Yoga, meditation, breathwork, nibbles and refreshments. Time to create a leafy piece of art together, and then a nourishing sound bath to complete your zen. Our day will be spent outside amongst the trees (weather permitting) with everything you need provided. $98 per person.

Throughout our 90 minutes you will be physically supported by yoga props on the mat to allow the body to relax. You will be guided through breathwork to ensure presence in the moment, along with guided meditation to further deepen your relaxation. We finish our time with the beautiful vibrational energy of a crystal sound bath, the resonance and purity of sound has a profoundly peaceful effect.

Starting the day with yoga teacher Kym - gentle movement, easing into restorative yoga to fully relax the body & allow the mind to be guided through yoga nidra/guided meditation, finishing with crystal sound bowls bringing a clear vision of the landscape you will paint. You will then translate your vision to canvas with Rachel's expert guidance. Your piece of art to take home will be your own unique heartfelt expression of a place (real or imagined) that brings you a deep sense of peace and tranquility.
The day is designed to be one of self care with tips to take away to nurture yourself in your own surroundings. You will be provided with everything you need for yoga and art along with nourishing nibbles and soothing locally sourced hot and cold drinks.

The next installment of our meditate and create series features florist extraordinaire Lurinda guiding us through creation of a beautiful piece of floral art.
We start the day with gentle yoga, meditation and sound bowls and then move into creating with dried and preserved flowers a glass dome. Lurinda will teach the technique and we each add our flare to ensure we leave with our own unique piece of art. You may choose to use the dome to capture memories with pieces of jewelry, a photo, feathers, shells or crystals.
Nibbles and tea provided along with everything you need for both yoga and art.
