Meditate, Create, Yoga & Paint

Starting the day with yoga teacher Kym - gentle movement, easing into restorative yoga to fully relax the body & allow the mind to be guided through yoga nidra/guided meditation, finishing with crystal sound bowls bringing a clear vision of the landscape you will paint. You will then translate your vision to canvas with Rachel's expert guidance. Your piece of art to take home will be your own unique heartfelt expression of a place (real or imagined) that brings you a deep sense of peace and tranquility.

The day is designed to be one of self care with tips to take away to nurture yourself in your own surroundings. You will be provided with everything you need for yoga and art along with nourishing nibbles and soothing locally sourced hot and cold drinks.
